When I killed my first turkey, it was fall turkey hunt and the first day hubby and I were riding around on our lease and there was a flock of birds in front of us. well I grab hubbies 12ga and he grabs his 16ga. well I hung the gun out window and didnt have a good hold on it pulled trigger and was slammed back against the window frame of the truck.Well I had one heck of a bruise and hurt arm, but the next day I didnt want to look at that gun again but here we were on a different rode and then there they were 6 birds grab gun took a tight hold this time aimed and down droped my first bird. Its the one in my picture wasnt very big but worth it.

I love to be around my family. And I have plenty of critters to take care of.

I have been hunting for a very long time.I have taken only deer and turkey and some tree rats.My biggest dream is to take an elk, that would top anything.My family and I really enjoy the outdoors.

Camo and orange plus thermals when needed plenty of bullets and a sack lunch cause usually Im there to stay until I can't sit anymore. (comes with age) lol.

Always hunt when its quiet. And always take a child out in the great outdoors they are the future hunters.
