Well, here it is Saturday again. I did get my screw slot cut, turned out very well, if I do say so myself. I'm proud of it! Now I've got to get the stock panels drilled for the escutcheon & nut to be set into and polish the head of my screw and it'll be done.
I've uploaded some pixs of the stocks and screw, for all to look at. The wood I used was an African species called Wenga, its a beautiful wood with great grain in alternating brown and near black striations. Good looking stuff, I think.
