i feel led to write and trust that this will be a help to someone . as i was driving home from work today i began to meditate on the LORD . while i was thinking , i began to think about my mother and the love that she has for her children ,and how unconditionally she loved us .how she would often sacrifice the things she needed so that we would have the things that we needed . i then began to think how she loved us no matter what we got ourselves into . there would be penalties depending on what we did but they were always penalties of love ,even if it didnt seem that way at the time . then i realized how she had guided us with her love and how she had showed us there was a better way to live and to be happy with yourself thru these penalties . she always made sure we had had the the things that we needed but she also gave us many of our wants as long as they would not harm us in any way. most of all i seen how she would give her life to spare ours . shortly after it was revealed to me that the love of GOD is much like my mothers .he gives us our needs and many of our wants . he also lets us know when we're wrong and thru his penalties he guides us to a better way of life and helps us to be happier with ourselves knowing that thru these things we'll learn to be better to ourselves ,but more importantly to be good to others , most of all i seen how his love was so great ,without thought of it he laid his own life down so that our lives maybe spared . as i thought of these things i began to thank him for the unconditional love of my mother , and for JESUS, his unconditional love for me.
