the day my son took his first deer. it was cold and i had so much gear on my back i could barely walk . i started to the deer and was so excited i didnt pay attn. to where i was going. i tripped over a log and fell to my knees . instead of getting up i continued on knees lost my balance and rolled over on my back like a turtle . finnaly after tylerquit laughing at me he had to come help me up . we still laugh about that day . |
| Hunting Nightmare |
had a nice main frame 8pt in my sights when i was 15 . i was waiting for the deer to step out for a clean shot when a man pulled up in a boat and dry docked it . he proceeded to jump from the boat put the clip in his rifle and pulled off 4 shots killing the deer. only after the deer was dead did he realize that the deer was between him and i and 2 of those 4 shots hit the tree just above my head where i was sitting. |
