| Most Memorable Hunt |
My 1st deer ever. I had been huntin for about 6 yrs and this small racked 5 point walked into less then 15 yards of me (I was sittin on the ground "eye level" with him). The wind was blowin right in my face and he never knew I was there. My .50 cal muzzleloader didn't let him leave. He ran back up the hill and then fell back down when he couldn't get his breath. After a long hot drag back to the truck we decided to by a 4-wheeler the next yr. |
