all my hunts are good and memorable got out of the house and in the woods where i want to be if you are in the woods hunting it dont matter if you kill something or not just thank god you got to go to the woods and enjoy life for a while

rattling in a huge 10 point buck and having him step out of a thicket and look straight up at me with the rattling antlers in my hands and my rifle hanging on a hook on the side of the tree by the time i got the horns laid down and picked up my gun he was a waving me good day with that ol white tail .sick feeling

shooting my bow ,pistols and rifles at paper just burning up daylight and lead waiting for hunting season you cant never practice to much

who wants to watch tv when you can be outside doing something . even if its busting wood it still beats sitting around in the house

im just an ol hillbilly and thats about it i like ol fashion ways and living a simple life .

i am born and raised in the blue ridge mountains of n.c and have hunted all my life when i was growing up with 4 brothers and 4 sisters a big fat rabbit or two or a mess of squirrels was a common breakfast or supper iv run through briar patches and played dog a many a time

mathews switchback and a two blade magnus 125gr broadhead has never failed .during muzzle loader season i shoot a t/c encore 45 cal with 100 gr triple 7 and a 158 gr barnes red hot wicked load !during rifle season i use a 25-06 100gr nosler ballistic tip hand load or a 300win mag heavy barrell encore and a 180 gr sierra gameking handload .

dont shoot the first thing you see unless its big and what you want hang out and see what lives where you hunt if your quite and still you never know what you might see.
