The deer seem to get accustomed to the flash.  They do show up more often on the cam that has IR instead of flash, though.

I have a Moultrie cam also...don't like it nearly as much..It has flash instead of IR and eats batteries like crazy!  The pics are not any better even though it's a 4 meg pixel.
