Brown meat in large skillet in oil until the redness is gone.
add onion and bell pepper and cook until onions are clear. In large pot add
tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt and cilantro.. Bring to a
simmer. Add meat and onions and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Is a good gut warmer
on a cold night. Mix up some Mexican cornbread and a few beers and enjoy.
